Jianzhan's embryo is made by 3 kinds of soil. they are red soil. clay and altithermal soil rich in iron element. which could only be found from Jianzhan' origin place(Jianyang. Fujian).
Glaze composition
Jianzhan's glaze contains quartz. feldspar. clay and plant ash. At a high temperature over 1300 degrees Celsius. iron ions in the glaze will precipitate and flow on the glaze surface. forming unique and beautiful patterns.
